Land Investments
At the end of 2007 the government (Gordon Brown) announced yet again that the crisis in the housing market (he wants 3 million new homes by the year 2020) means that they will soon have to build on Greenbelt land and that land that is unused by farmers is the first target. Most of our land is unused and it has established rights of way to each plot and that the plots are bigger in area than town houses, so it only a matter of time before all land is built on.
